JCWI will join a panel discussion on 'Countering discrimination and hate towards refugees and migrants' part of the RebLaw UK 2016 conference (London).
The conference will kick off with a keynote speech from Shauneen Lambe, executive director of Just for Kids Law, and will be followed by 3 ‘breakout sessions’. Each breakout session will consist of four panels running in parallel, addressing issues such as mental health in the youth justice system, the fight for non-human rights, workers’ rights in an age of austerity, and new approaches to lawyering in cases involving sexual violence.
Tickets available here via Eventbrite.
