JCWI Training

Forthcoming course: "The Immigration Act 2014 - Update" 27 Oct 14 (PM)- London CPD 4 hrs

This course will be taught by Saira Grant (Legal & Policy Director at JCWI), Navtej Singh Ahluwalia (Barrister at Garden Court Chambers) and Sadat Sayeed (Barrister at Garden  Chambers). With many of the provisions of the New Act now in force this is an essential course to understand the worryingly wide sweeping impact of the provisions on everything from a significant curtailment of the rights of appeal to eligibility for the NHS services.  The course will look at the provisions of the New Act: Legal and Services. There will be an analysis of the legal provisions and their impact in practice and of the restrictions on services for migrants.
