The focus will look at new immigration rules relating to the Family migration route including EEA route. It will update on recent case law development in the area of Article 8 and EEA as they relate to. The course is taught by Kahiye Alim (Director , Stepstones Visas Ltd ) and Navtej Singh Ahluwalia (Barrister at Garden Court Chambers)
Objectives
The objective of this course is to give delegates an update on recent changes as they affect migrants whether they are Third Country or EEA family units.
