Our advice services
JCWI has more than 50 years’ experience fighting for justice for those who are vulnerable. We deal with all areas of asylum and immigration law and we are recognised as experts in this field. We employ five solicitors and our legal team represents clients at all stages of the legal process, including:
-
Applications to the Home Office.
-
Entry Clearance.
-
Appeals.
-
Judicial Review.
Since September 2018 we are also able to provide advice to detainees held at Yarls’ Wood IRC. We are proud of our high success rate and we have a reputation for dealing with complex issues, and challenging policy where necessary. The quality of our legal work is subject to a periodic peer review carried out on behalf of the Legal Aid Agency. In 2018, the quality of our legal work was found to be excellent (the highest possible rating).
