The UK’s immigration system is punishing and complex, and getting access to justice has never been harder. It can be really difficult to find an adviser to help understand the system, and many advisers don’t have the right qualifications – some actively try to take advantage of people who are trying to get the right to stay in the UK.

That’s why JCWI has produced a new access to justice toolkit. It’s your step-by-step guide to understanding the different types of lawyers, finding out if they have the right qualifications, knowing what to expect from them and, ultimately, getting justice for your case.
